Solamante products are made to an extremely high quality but due to their handmade nature and the natural materials used in the manufacturing process the colouring of the palm and the finish of each of our bags may vary slightly. We do, however, spend a lot of time on product design, development and testing so that their quality and longevity meet your high expectations.
As a result, we hope you won't need to read this page but if you do experience anything that was not to your satisfaction then please let us know and be as specific as possible so that we can make it up to you as quickly as possible and also to ensure that it doesn't reoccur in the future
In the very unlikely case that you are not 100% happy with your Solamante product, then please return it unused within 14 days of the date of your purchase for a full refund or a replacement.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping on any returned items unless the item is damaged, faulty or an administrative error has occurred on our part. This means that the postage costs for returns are borne by the customer. This does not restrict your statutory rights to return faulty merchandise.
To return your product please send it to the below address and include a note with the following details (so that we can action your request as quickly as possible):

- Reason for the Return: Fault / Late / Other (please specify)
- Action Required: Replacement, Exchange or Refund
