Order Shipment and Delivery
We use the best delivery companies so that we can get your order to you quickly and in the most efficient and economical way possible.
Order Processing at our Warehouse
Within an hour of completing the payment of your Order it will have been sent to our warehouse for packaging and shipment. Our team in the warehouse will do everything they can to process your Order as quickly as possible but depending on the day of the week and the time of day when you placed your order it may not finish processing on the same day that you placed your order.
Order Dispatched from our Warehouse
Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse we will send a Shipping Confirmation email to the email address that you entered during the Checkout Process. This email will contain details of your order and, where the Delivery Option that you selected during the Order Checkout provides it, a link to the courier company's website which you can use to track the progress of the shipment. All orders include a free stylish cotton tote bag for protection during postage, which then makes a handy spare shopping bag.
Order in transit
The order is now in the courier company's delivery network and you will be able to track it's progress by using the link that we sent out (the previous step) in the Shipping Confirmation email.
